Winner's Circle |
In 2000
it had come readily apparent that not only were there great people on
the field, they were being supported by friends and family off the field.
Juan Serna had contributed so much by playing in the game and he had eventually
worked his family and friends into a huge cheering section and support
group and even getting us some local public access cable time. Juan had
become synonymous with the TurkeyBowl. In recognition of this status,
we created the Juanality award to be granted to "The person that best
exemplifies the spirit of the game."
