The award wasn't given in 1992. Everyone was a pussy, moaner, or just had a bad attitude. This bowl is also called the Bad Attitude Bowl. Put a buncha mega-egos on the field and what do you expect. Scott was the sole person giving out the awards, so if he was pissed, he sure wasn't going to give it to someone.
