The Pete Dogg Award
"Stalwart playing and sportsmanship despite all the trash talking."
Established 2004.

History
Winner's Circle
When Pete first started playing there was definite friction between Pete and Scott. Pete was some of the new young blood, bringing youthful vigor as well as a big mouth. As good plays would fan the flames; Pete tackling Scott, making interceptions and running it back doused the rivalry with gasoline and eventually won him a OBMF award. As time passed; Pete played more team sports and absorbed a sence of teamwork and sportsmanship which then brought to the game. As with most players the fire of his body over time could not keep up with the trash talk but despite that he complained of discrimination against him in not getting the coveted MVP award. However as he's stuck by the game and become a pillar to count on, Scott created this award in his honor and issued to him first. However, as a got-ya Scott would only give out the award every 10 years (or so)!
2004. Peter Torrisi: Stalwart playing and sportsmanship despite all the trash talking and complaints.
2011. Kenny Rogers: A standup guy who has risen past his troubled youth and given his all to the game. Brings his family to the game. He plays, son plays, he's ref'd. He's as loyal and helpful as a hound dog.
