the Rookies of the year
History
Winner's Circle
As Scott's quest to develop some backyard game into an event and extravaganza, he added a Rookie award to the mix. The specifics of who gets is aren't etched in stone and we make them up as we go along, but it typically is given to the 'best' rookie. Makes sense right?

2008: Bob - This cornfed huge guy was a freight train of a man who plowed through Juan, Nina and Curtis and half the defensive line at a time. He even made sure to bring his toy! What a guy!

2010: Tavis 'Twilight' - Even being new and part albino vampire, stepped up and helped turn around what seemed a defeat and helped their team to victory.
2011: Joe Oakland - Made some key rushes and actually scored points for his team. Which is the purpose of the game. Otherwise why keep score?
